More About Eric and TiffanyEric and Tiffany Vogel began investing in real estate in 2018 and owned several homes together as business partners before they were married. They found financial independence after 3.5 crazy years of investing, primarily in buy-and-hold rental properties.
Now the Vogels have shifted their focus to helping others achieve financial freedom. They launched The On Purpose Investor podcast in 2022 to share their experiences—both good and bad—and to encourage new investors to become Pathfinders and begin their own journey to their dream life.
They live in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia, with their sons and two fur babies. They travel regularly in their RV visiting friends and national and state parks.
