Eric left his career as a high school band director to focus on renovating their rental properties and flips. He is an active member of the Georgia National Guard where he continues his musical career as a bandsmen. He enjoys helping others find their path to financial independence, playing guitar and singing in the church worship band, spending time with his family, and home renovation projects.

Tiffany graduated in the top of her Masters in Finance program at Georgetown University while working in her healthcare data and analytics career. She decided to leave after their first child was born to have more time freedom and flexibility. She currently manages their rental portfolio and helps business owners with their finances through Fractional CFO work. She enjoys traveling, hiking, and anything fun with her family.
